The moment you send it, they receive an email carrying the gift, your message and a link to open it. You also get a link to share yourself. Signing in with that email or phone number puts the gift in their account under My Gifts.
No. The gift is held against the phone number and email you enter, so it can be sent to someone who has never shopped with us. They create an account when they are ready to use it.
Validity is shown on each card — typically twelve months from purchase. The expiry date is printed on the gift itself and repeated in the email.
Yes. A Gift Card behaves like payment rather than a coupon: it applies to the order total after any discounts.
A card is transferred once, in full, to a single recipient. To gift several people, send one card per person.
